New Client Policy:
Meet & Greet REQUIRED prior to booking our pet care services online or by email/phone!
Save up to 10% when your pet stays longer with us for an extended amount of time. Discounts will vary per season throughout the year. Contact us to find out seasonal deals.
Keep in mind that for every referral, you'll receive a FREE pet service of your choice!
Registration Packet (New Clients)*:
You can find the needed registration packet for either pet sitting/dog walking or specialty (vet-tech care) services that can be downloaded, filled & emailed back by clicking here.
Registration Packet (New Grooming Clients)*:
You can find the needed registration packet for grooming services that can be downloaded, filled and emailed back by clicking here.
All pets have to be current on their vaccinations. We require Rabies vaccinations and highly recommend DHLPP(Distemper) and Bordetella (for dogs).
You may also have your veterinary clinic/hospital email them to us in order to confirm your pet's being up-to-date before we're able to provide services.
Payment is due at the end of service.
We accept Cash, Checks, Paypal/Venmo and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Monday through Sunday: 8 am - 11 pm
No holiday deposit or surcharge fees!
Inclement Weather Policy:
We request that you provide us with emergency backup relatives or neighbors that can help out during those times where road conditions prohibit us from reaching your home. We will take every step possible to ensure the safety of your pet which may require us to bring them home with us or find alternative boarding means.
We understand that plans can change. Please, notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your services.
