1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with Pet Sitting 4 Comfort® LLC (PS4C), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure safe, high-quality pet care and professional service standards.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in service refusal or cancellation without a refund.
2. Service Eligibility & Requirements

New Clients Must Schedule a Meet & Greet Before Booking Services.

All Pets Must Be Up-to-Date on Core Vaccines. (Rabies, DHPP for dogs; Rabies, FVRCP for cats.)

Clients Must Provide Accurate Pet & Home Information in the Time To Pet Portal.

We Do Not Provide Services for Aggressive or Unmanageable Pets.
3. Payments & Fees

Payments are due three days after service completion.

Late payments incur additional fees.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Reschedules

Cancellations must be made by 9 pm the day before to avoid fees.

Same-day cancellations incur a $50 fee.

Service Credits May Be Issued at Our Discretion – No Cash Refunds.
5. Home Access & Security

Clients Are Responsible for Ensuring Safe Entry (Cleared Walkways, Accessible Entrances).

Any changes to home entry instructions must be updated in the Time To Pet portal.
6. Emergency & Medical Care Policy
-
If a Pet Becomes Ill or Injured, We Will Attempt to Contact You Immediately.

If Immediate Care is Needed, We Will Use Our Emergency Pet Taxi Service. (Client responsible for vet costs.)

We Follow Your Emergency Vet Instructions Whenever Possible.

Clients must provide updated vet contact information on the portal.
7. Inclement Weather & Service Adjustments

We Prioritize Pet Safety & May Modify Services During Severe Weather.

Extreme Heat, Snowstorms, or Flooding May Cause Visit Adjustments.
-
Clients Are Notified in Advance of Any Weather-Related Changes.
-
Outdoor walks may be shortened or replaced with indoor enrichment in extreme weather.
8. Photo & Social Media Policy

We May Take Photos During Visits for Client Updates & Marketing. (With your consent.)

Clients Can Opt Out of Public Social Media Posts at Any Time.

All Photos Taken Remain the Property of PS4C.
9. Liability & Legal Disclaimer

PS4C is Insured & Bonded for Your Peace of Mind.

We Are Not Responsible for Any Pre-Existing Health Conditions or Sudden Medical Issues That Occur While in Our Care.

Clients Assume Responsibility for Any Damages Caused by Their Pets.
-
We do not share pet-sitting responsibilities with others unless a waiver is signed.
