How PS4C Started
Steve San Miguel and Hong-An Huynh founded PS4C in 2016.
Steve began at Cherrydale Veterinary Clinic as a kennel assistant before advancing into veterinary technician work.
Hong completed Certified Veterinary Assistant training and brought experience in customer service, administration, and teaching.
As referrals and client relationships grew, PS4C grew too.
Today, Steve and Hong work alongside Khadiza “Shatee” Sadia and Christina Nguyen.
Through that growth, the mission has stayed simple:
