Additional home-access requirements are outlined in PS4C policies.

PS4C may decline, modify, or discontinue a service when necessary because of:

• Safety concerns

• Incomplete or inaccurate care information
• Conditions beyond the requested scope of service
• Severe weather or unsafe travel conditions
• Staffing or scheduling limitations

Pet welfare and caregiver safety are considered when determining whether a service can be provided.

Veterinary Emergencies

If an urgent health or safety concern arises while a pet is under PS4C care, we follow the emergency instructions and authorization maintained in the client’s profile.

When authorized and appropriate, veterinary attention may be sought if the client cannot be reached.

Veterinary and hospital expenses remain the client’s responsibility.

Liability

Pet care and home-access services involve risks that cannot always be eliminated.

Specific responsibilities, liability provisions, insurance terms, and emergency authorizations are contained in the signed Service Agreement and applicable forms.

Privacy

PS4C uses client information to support scheduling, communication, account administration, and pet-care services.

Information may also be processed through service providers used to operate PS4C, including Time To Pet.

For information about how personal information is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

PS4C may update these Terms & Conditions as services, operations, or legal requirements change.
