Pet Sitting 4 Comfort® LLC (PS4C)

These Terms & Conditions outline general policies for contacting and using services provided by Pet Sitting 4 Comfort® LLC.
By submitting a contact form or requesting services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
Client information is handled with strict confidentiality.
Your information is:

encrypted using secure SSL technology
-
stored securely within our systems and the Time To Pet client portal
-
used only for scheduling, communication, and pet care coordination
Information may be shared only when necessary with:
-
your listed emergency contact
-
your veterinarian
-
authorized service platforms required to manage your pet’s care

Required Client Agreements
Before services begin, all clients must electronically sign the following documents:

Service Agreement
-
Policies & Procedures Manual
-
Veterinary Release Form
-
Home Access Authorization
Additional addendums may apply when relevant, including:

Shared Care Agreement

Vet Tech Service Authorization
-
AMA (Against Medical Advice) Waiver
These documents contain the full terms governing PS4C services.
Booking, Payments & Cancellations
All scheduling and service requests must be submitted through the client portal.
General guidelines include:
-
same-day visits are not guaranteed and may be shortened when necessary
-
holiday and peak periods should be booked 2–4 weeks in advance
-
invoices are due within three days of the final visit
-
late cancellations may incur fees (see Policies & Procedures Manual)
Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and reliable service, clients agree to:

keep pet profiles and care instructions up to date
-
provide secure and tested home access (key, lockbox, or concierge)
-
leave clearly labeled food, medication, and supplies
-
provide a local emergency contact
Minimum visit requirements:
-
dogs — at least every 12 hours
-
cats — at least once daily
Service Limitations
PS4C reserves the right to decline or modify services for safety or operational reasons.
Examples include:
-
aggressive or unsafe pet behavior
-
incomplete pet profiles or missing instructions
-
repeated last-minute scheduling changes
-
alarm or access issues
-
unsafe travel conditions (e.g., severe weather)
Home Access & Security
Clients are responsible for ensuring reliable home access.
PS4C cannot guarantee service if access fails due to:
-
faulty locks or equipment
-
incorrect or missing entry information
-
third-party interference (concierge, HOA, etc.)
All access information is securely stored and used only by authorized PS4C staff.
Emergencies & Weather Adjustments
In the event of a pet medical emergency:
-
care will follow the signed Veterinary Release Form
-
emergency treatment may be sought if you cannot be reached
-
all veterinary expenses remain the client’s responsibility
During severe weather, visit times may be adjusted for safety.
Priority is given to:
-
pets with medical needs
-
households where clients are traveling
Liability
Pet Sitting 4 Comfort® LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage.
By using our services, clients acknowledge:
-
pet care involves inherent risks
-
undisclosed medical or behavioral issues are the client’s responsibility
-
delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, access, etc.) may occur
Additional liability terms are outlined in the signed Service Agreement.
Policy Updates
Policies may be updated periodically to reflect operational or safety changes.
Clients will be notified and may be required to review and re-sign updated documents.
