Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Pet Sitting 4 Comfort® LLC (PS4C), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the safety, professionalism, and transparency of all care provided.

1. Service Eligibility

We provide in-home pet care within Ballston, Clarendon, and Rosslyn. Requests outside our service area may be denied or subject to additional fees and limitations.
Only registered clients with signed agreements and completed pet profiles in the Time To Pet portal are eligible to book services.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All visits must be requested and confirmed via the Time To Pet portal.

  • Short-notice requests are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid charges.

  • Holiday bookings require 5 days’ notice for cancellations.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are due at end of service.

  • Invoices are issued through Time To Pet; we accept credit/debit only.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Returned payments are subject to a $25 processing fee.

  • Holiday surcharges and after-hour fees may apply as listed on our portal.

4. Pet Health & Safety

  • Pets must be up to date on vaccines and in good health unless medically exempt.

  • Aggressive or high-risk pets must be disclosed prior to booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet’s behavior or condition poses a safety risk.

  • Medication instructions must be clearly documented in your portal profile.

5. Home Access & Security

  • Clients must provide a secure access method (lockbox, concierge code, or key on file).

  • We are not responsible for home access issues caused by faulty locks, unauthorized third-party access, or unnotified alarm changes.

  • PS4C will not share keys or codes with anyone outside of our team.

6. Emergencies

  • In the event of an emergency, we will contact you and your emergency contact.

  • If veterinary care is required and you are unreachable, we will act according to your signed Veterinary Release Form and use a trusted local clinic.

  • Any emergency expenses incurred will be the client’s responsibility.

7. Inclement Weather & Delays

  • Services may be adjusted or rescheduled due to unsafe weather (e.g., snow, hurricanes, extreme heat).

  • In such cases, we will communicate via the Time To Pet portal.

  • Priority will be given to pets with medical needs, seniors, and those without indoor access.

8. Liability & Waiver

  • PS4C is fully insured and bonded.

  • While we take every precaution, clients acknowledge the inherent risks of pet care and agree to hold PS4C harmless from liability arising from unforeseeable incidents.

  • Clients waive liability for property damage or pet injury resulting from previously undisclosed behaviors or conditions.

9. Client Portal & Communication

  • All communication, updates, and scheduling must occur through the Time To Pet portal for accuracy and documentation.

  • PS4C may decline service if a client consistently bypasses communication protocols.

  • Clients are responsible for keeping their portal profile and emergency contacts updated.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected for service purposes only and will never be sold or shared. For more, visit our Privacy Policy.

11. Updates & Revisions

Terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients will be notified via email and required to re-sign updated documents in the Time To Pet portal to continue services.
