Required Before Booking or Contacting Us

By submitting our contact form or using services from Pet Sitting 4 Comfort® LLC (PS4C), you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the following terms. These support safe, transparent, and consistent care.
Privacy & Data Use
Your information is:

SSL-encrypted and securely stored

Used only for service coordination and pet care

Shared only with your emergency contact, vet, or Time To Pet—with strict confidentiality
Required Agreements Before Booking
All clients must electronically sign the following before services begin:

Service Agreement
-
Policies & Procedures Manual
-
Veterinary Release Form
-
Home Access Authorization
-
Applicable addendums (e.g., Shared Care, Vet Tech Services, AMA Waiver)
Booking, Payments & Cancellations

All requests must be submitted through the Time To Pet portal
-
Same-day visits are not guaranteed and may be shortened
-
Holiday/school break services require 2–4 weeks’ notice
-
Invoices are due within 3 days of your final visit
-
Late cancellations may incur fees, per policy
Client Responsibilities
To ensure reliable care, clients must:

Keep pet profiles and visit instructions up to date
-
Provide secure, tested access (e.g., key, lockbox, or concierge)

Leave supplies visible and labeled
-
List a local emergency contact
-
Follow minimum visit frequency:
-
Dogs: every 12 hours
-
Cats: daily
-
Service Limitations & Refusals
Service may be declined or modified due to:

Aggressive or unsafe pet behavior
-
Incomplete profiles or repeated last-minute changes
-
Alarm code updates, key issues, or third-party interference
-
Unsafe travel conditions (weather, road closures, etc.)
Home Access & Security
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, reliable access.
PS4C is not liable for missed visits caused by:

Broken or faulty locks
-
Incorrect or unshared codes
-
Unauthorized access or third-party interference
All keys and codes are securely stored and used only by PS4C staff.
Emergencies & Weather Adjustments

If you're unreachable during a medical emergency, we will follow your Veterinary Release Form

Emergency care costs are the client’s responsibility
-
Visit times may shift during severe weather to prioritize pet safety
-
Priority is given to medical cases or when owners are out of town
Liability Waiver
While PS4C is insured and bonded, clients acknowledge:

The inherent risks involved in pet care

PS4C is not liable for:
-
Injury, illness, or damage resulting from undisclosed pet conditions
-
Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., access failures, weather delays)

Policy Updates
These terms may be updated as needed. Clients will be notified and asked to re-sign through the portal to continue services.
