What to Expect During Your Complimentary In-Home Visit
Our Meet & Greet is a relaxed, no-pressure way to get to know each other before services begin. At Pet Sitting 4 Comfort® (PS4C), we prioritize trust, communication, and your pet’s comfort from day one.
What This Visit Includes
We’ll use this time to:
✔ Meet you and your pets in their home environment
✔ Learn about your pet’s routine, medical needs, and behavior
✔ Review home access, safety, and protocols
✔ Make sure we’re the right fit for your household
Visits typically last 30–45 minutes and are scheduled after your onboarding form is reviewed.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
To help us provide seamless care, please:
✔ Walk us through your pet’s daily routine
✔ Show where to find food, meds, litter, and supplies
✔ Have keys, lockboxes, or door codes ready to test
✔ Notify us of cameras, alarms, concierge, or building access
✔ Keep pets indoors for a calm introduction

To tailor care to your pet’s needs, we may ask:

What Happens After the Meet & Greet?
Within 24 hours of our visit, you’ll receive:

✔ A link reminder to activate your Time To Pet account

From there, all messages and updates will go through your portal for easy, secure communication.
