  • SSL encryption on our website

  • Password-protected client portal (Time To Pet)

  • Encrypted storage for home access and pet care notes

  • No physical records kept unless stored in locked, secure cabinets

 

Only PS4C team members directly involved in your pet’s care have access to relevant data.

How We Protect Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Schedule and carry out pet care services

  • Send visit logs and pet updates

  • Contact you or your emergency contact if needed

  • Process payments through Time To Pet

  • Send service updates, newsletters, or policy changes

  • PS4C team members delivering care
