Step 1: Submit the Contact Form
Tell us about your household and pet care needs.
We’ll ask for:

your name and contact information
-
your neighborhood (Ballston, Clarendon, or Rosslyn)
-
basic service needs and preferred dates
Please note:
New client inquiries must be submitted through the contact form. We do not accept service requests by phone, text, or social media.
Step 2: Receive Our Follow-Up Email
Within 24–48 business hours, you will receive:

confirmation of service area eligibility
-
a personalized quote
-
available meet-and-greet times
To secure your preferred appointment, please reply within 48 hours.
Step 3: In-Home Meet & Greet
(30–45 minutes)
This visit allows us to:
-
meet your pets in their home environment
-
review routines, medications, and care instructions
-
confirm home access and safety details
-
answer any questions
You’ll meet Steve, Hong, or a trained PS4C team member—never a contractor or app-based sitter.
Step 4: Activate Your Client Portal
Once your meet-and-greet is scheduled, you’ll receive a secure activation link for the Time To Pet client portal.
During setup, you will:

create your login
-
complete your pet and home profiles
-
electronically sign required documents

Accurate profiles help us provide safe, consistent care tailored to your pet.
Step 5: Request Visits
Once onboarding is complete, all services are requested through your client portal.
Booking guidelines:

weekday visits — 5–7 days in advance
-
holidays and peak periods — 2–4 weeks in advance
-
last-minute requests — based on availability
