✔ Basic pet care needs and dates
Please note: We do not accept new requests via phone, text, or social media.
Step 2: Receive Our Follow-Up Email
Within 24–48 business hours, we’ll email you:
✔ A service area confirmation
✔ A personalized quote
✔ Available meet & greet times
To secure your preferred time, please respond within 48 hours.
Step 3: Schedule Your In-Home Meet & Greet (30–45 Minutes)
This relaxed visit helps us:
✔ Meet your pets where they feel most comfortable
✔ Review feeding, meds, and enrichment routines
✔ Confirm home access and security
✔ Answer your questions and review expectations
You’ll meet Steve, Hong, or a Fear Free-trained backup team member (no rotating sitters).
Step 4: Activate Your Time To Pet Portal
Once your meet & greet is confirmed, you’ll receive an activation link to create your account.
You'll be asked to:
✔ Create a login
✔ Fill out your pet & home profiles
✔ E-sign these documents:

Policies & Procedures Manual

Veterinary Release Form

Home Access Authorization
Complete profiles help us provide reliable, personalized care for your pets.
Step 5: Book Your Services in the Portal
Once onboarding is complete, you’ll be able to request visits through your client portal.
Booking Guidelines:

Weekdays: Book 5–7 days in advance

Holidays & Peak Periods: Book 2–4 weeks ahead

Last-Minute Requests: Accepted case-by-case (shorter visits may apply)
