Existing Clients
For current clients, the fastest way to manage services is through your Time To Pet client portal.
Use the portal for:

schedule changes or cancellations

care updates and instructions

urgent messages (mark as “URGENT”) or request a call
Portal messages are reviewed faster than email.

Holiday service hours may extend to 11:30 PM.
