Hong leads client communication, scheduling, and care coordination while also providing in-home pet care. Her experience includes cat care, medication routines, and supporting consistent care between clients and the PS4C team.

Senior Pet Care Specialist
Shatee provides experienced in-home care for dogs, cats, senior pets, and multi-pet households. Her calm, patient approach is especially well suited to pets with different personalities, routines, and comfort needs.

Pet Care Specialist
Christina provides dog walking and in-home pet care with experience handling dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. Her background includes canine enrichment, body language, and working with high-energy and reactive dogs.
How Our Team Works
Employees, Not Contractors
Our Pet Care Specialists are PS4C employees, not independent contractors. Everyone follows the same standards for pet safety, client instructions, communication, visit documentation, and home access.
Structured Training
Team members complete structured onboarding and supervised field training before handling appropriate visits independently. Training covers routines, body language and handling, medication procedures, home access, emergency procedures, and Time To Pet documentation, and it continues as they gain experience.
