Step 2 – Schedule a Meet & Greet

During this visit, we:

  • meet your pets

  • review routines and care instructions

  • confirm home access and safety details

  • answer any questions

 

Step 3 – Activate Your Portal

After your meet-and-greet is scheduled, we’ll create your account and send a secure activation link.

 

Once activated, you’ll be able to:

  • schedule visits anytime

  • update pet profiles and care instructions

  • receive visit reports with photos

  • communicate directly with our team
