We’re excited to recognize Khadiza “Shatee” Sadia as Senior Pet Care Specialist at Pet Sitting 4 Comfort®.


Shatee joined PS4C in 2025 as our first employee and has grown into a trusted member of our care team.


Her promotion recognizes the skill, reliability, and responsibility she has demonstrated while caring for PS4C pets throughout Arlington.

Shatee’s promotion strengthens our small, fully in-house team as Christina Nguyen, our Pet Care Specialist in Training, continues preparing for independent visits.


Together, Steve, Hong, Shatee, and Christina work to provide:

  • Familiar caregivers

  • Consistent routines

  • Clear communication

  • Detailed visit reports

  • Reliable coverage


Having more than one familiar caregiver also helps us maintain continuity when schedules change or additional coverage is needed.

Owner-Led Care Remains Hands-On

As PS4C grows, Steve and Hong remain directly involved in care and daily operations.


Steve continues providing pet sitting, dog walking, medication support, senior and special-needs care, meet and greets, and team training.


Hong leads much of our client communication, scheduling, and care coordination while assisting with in-home care when needed.


Together, they continue overseeing PS4C’s care standards and team development.
