Last week, we celebrated four consecutive years of Best Pet Care recognition and 10 years of serving Arlington, VA pet families.


This week, meet the people behind PS4C.


Meet the PS4C Team

Steve San Miguel

Co-Owner | Field Operations & Lead Pet Care Specialist

Steve works directly with pets and clients while overseeing field operations, safety procedures, and care standards.


Hong-An Huynh

Co-Owner | Client Experience & Care Coordination

Hong coordinates client communication, scheduling, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps PS4C running.


Khadiza “Shatee” Sadia

Senior Pet Care Specialist

Shatee provides pet sitting, private dog walking, medication support, and care for pets with different personalities and needs.


Christina Nguyen

Pet Care Specialist

Christina provides pet sitting and private dog walking while continuing her professional development through hands-on experience and continuing education.


How Our Team Works

PS4C is a small, in-house team.


We communicate, follow established routines, and work toward the same care standards.


That helps us provide consistency while getting to know the pets and families we serve.

Behind the Photo Shoot

For the first time, Steve, Hong, Shatee, and Christina came together for a professional PS4C photo session with some of the pets and family members who are part of our lives at home.


We hired Andy Huynh (@hna.eizo) as our professional photographer.


We also rented NOVA Production Studio for our 1.5-hour session.


Thank you to Andy for capturing this chapter of PS4C and to Moe Salam, who oversees the studio, for providing the space.

Steve and Hong founded PS4C in 2016 and remain directly involved in the business today.


They now work alongside Shatee and Christina while continuing the hands-on approach PS4C was built on.

Most PS4C days look less like a photo shoot and more like everyday pet care:

  • Morning dog walks

  • Cat visits and routines

  • Established medication routines

  • Helping nervous pets become more comfortable

  • Detailed visit reports

  • Team coordination when a pet needs additional support


That is the work behind the photos.
