Protect your pets this winter with these tips:
Stay Hydrated: Provide fresh, unfrozen water.
Protect Paws: Apply paw balm and use pet-safe deicers. Check paws after walks for ice or debris.
Prevent Frostbite: Watch for signs like shivering or pale skin, and bring pets indoors if they’re too cold.
Cozy Shelters: Provide warm bedding indoors, and ensure outdoor shelters are insulated and waterproof.
Limit Outdoor Time: Dress short-haired pets in coats, avoid icy areas, and supervise around frozen water.
Avoid Antifreeze Risks: Clean up spills immediately as it’s toxic and sweet-tasting to pets.

Help us ensure safe and reliable care during snowy weather:
In-Town Clients: Clear walkways and driveways for safe access. Leave a towel or paw wipes for cleaning paws.
Out-of-Town Clients: No action is needed unless your plans change. Please update us promptly through the Time To Pet portal.
Visit Adjustments: Walks may be shortened in extreme cold (below 40°F) or snowy conditions. Indoor play and enrichment will replace outdoor activities when necessary.
Cancellations: Notify us of changes through the Time To Pet portal by 9 PM the night before to avoid fees.
Extreme Weather Policy: Out-of-town clients’ pets are prioritized during severe weather (e.g., snowstorms). Any schedule adjustments will be communicated promptly.
Thank you for your cooperation and flexibility!
